To keep this environment safe for everyone and to protect the integrity of our AI infrastructure, we require all users to adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy. By using myUDDA, you agree to follow these rules. If you violate them, Feel the grow AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, and potentially report illegal activities to law enforcement. ### 1. Prohibited Content You may not use myUDDA, including our text-based AI models and voice generation tools, to generate, store, or share content that: - Is Illegal: Promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal acts, including terrorism, human trafficking, or the sale of illegal goods. - Is Abusive or Hateful: Promotes violence, incites hatred, discriminates, or harasses any individual or group based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. - Exploits Minors: Contains, requests, or promotes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or the sexualization of minors. Any such content will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities. - Is Self-Harm Related: Encourages, promotes, or provides instructions on how to commit self-harm or suicide. - Contains Private Information: Doxxes or shares the personally identifiable information (PII) of non-consenting third parties. - Is Sexually Explicit or NSFW: Contains, requests, promotes, or attempts to generate pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content — including adult roleplay, erotic chat, or any attempt to use myUDDA for sexual gratification. This prohibition applies to all AI-generated text, voice, and audio output. ### 2. AI Content Standards myUDDA provides AI-powered conversation and voice for personal growth and self-reflection only. It is not an adult, dating, or entertainment chatbot. You must not use myUDDA to: - Generate or solicit sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material in any form. - Engage in erotic roleplay, sexualized conversations, or any use intended primarily for sexual arousal. - Request content that sexualizes real individuals, minors, or fictional characters in a sexual context. - Use voice features to create sexualized audio, impersonation for deceptive intimate purposes, or non-consensual intimate deepfakes. We apply automated and manual safeguards to block prohibited content. Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities. ### 3. Abuse of AI and Voice Technologies Because myUDDA gives you access to advanced Artificial Intelligence and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models, you must use these tools responsibly. You agree not to: - Attempt to "Jailbreak" the AI: Engage in prompt injection attacks, bypass our safety filters, or manipulate the AI to generate outputs that violate this policy. - Create Deepfakes or Impersonate: Use our voice models (such as Cartesia, Deepgram, or ElevenLabs) to clone the voice of, or impersonate, real individuals without their explicit, documented consent. - Generate Spam or Misinformation: Automate the generation of bulk content, spam, or deliberate disinformation campaigns intended to manipulate public opinion or deceive others. - Seek Uncensored or Prohibited Output: Use prompts, jailbreaks, or workarounds to obtain sexually explicit, harmful, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content that our safety systems are designed to block. Marketing or describing myUDDA as "uncensored," "unfiltered," "NSFW," or "18+" is prohibited. ### 4. Technical Abuse and Infrastructure Interference We host our own infrastructure (including Supabase, Qdrant, Neo4j, and Livekit) to protect your data. You may not compromise our systems. You agree not to: - Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of myUDDA, our proprietary AI configurations, or our self-hosted databases. - Scrape or Mine: Use automated bots, scrapers, or data mining tools to extract data, prompts, or AI responses from myUDDA. - Overload the System: Launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, deliberately send overwhelming amounts of requests to our servers, or attempt to bypass our rate limits. - Distribute Malware: Upload viruses, trojans, or any malicious code through our chat interfaces or file uploads. ### 5. Non-Clinical Boundary Violation As stated in our Terms of Use, myUDDA is not a medical or clinical provider. You may not use myUDDA to: - Attempt to provide or solicit professional medical, psychiatric, or clinical diagnoses for yourself or others. - Replace professional medical care if you are in a state of severe distress or crisis. ### 6. Reporting and Enforcement If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at [hello@myudda.com](mailto:hello@myudda.com). Feel the grow AB retains sole discretion in determining whether a violation of this policy has occurred. We monitor system abuse metrics and reserve the right to review account activity if automated systems flag severe violations (such as the generation of illegal content or attempts to breach our servers). ### 7.
